• Starting with a portable welding truck in 1986, Zap Welding has become British Columbia’s southern interior’s foremost fabricator and erector of structural steel. From our 3500 sq foot facility in Nelson, we serve the residential, institutional and commercial construction markets. We have worked with general contractors. construction managers, architects and engineers to deliver full value solutions for our clients and customers.
  
  We have completed projects in Revelstoke, Golden, Radium, Invermere, Cranbrook, Wardner, Creston, Salmo, Trail, Castlegar, Grand Forks, Christina Lake, Nakusp, New Denver, Slocan, Crescent Valley, even Kelowna and of course Nelson.

• Hume Hotel

  Zap welding has been selected as the primary contractor for the supply of structual and miscellaneous steel for the addition and renovation of a new kitchen, storage garage and parking slab for Nelson's leading hospitality establishment, the Hume Hotel.
